The digital FT CONNECT tester determines the quality of frying oil easily, quickly and reliably.
It measures the content of "total polar materials" (TPM) present in the oil and indicates its
percentage value.
The three-colour traffic light indicator above the instrument makes it even easier to assess the oil quality.


FT CONNECT is equipped with the free VITOconnect software and can be integrated into various management and interconnection platforms.

FT CONNECT automatically creates an online HACCP sheet with the measured values, ensuring complete documentation compliant with HACCP regulations.

To connect the tester to the VITOconnect platform, the optional "VITOconnect Bridge" (N.B. to be purchased separately) is essential.
